Had a great time with John & Jen at “shiraz” restaurant in Ballandean. Their passion and dedication to food is amazing (and the views from the restaurant aren’t bad either). Photographing johns dishes was a real joy and I hope I’ve done them justice. The seared scallops were a revelation – beautiful to look at, even better to taste!. Cant wait to return and try some other things on the menu. If your ever passing through Ballandean (20mins south of Stanthorpe) make sure you drop in and try some of this food – its to die for!!!.
